For this reason, we decided to present you smart tips for an omelette breakfast, with basic ingredients that we all have in our fridge. Tomato

When we think of egg and tomato, cayenne automatically comes to mind. However, there are other ways to cook these two ingredients together. Try slicing the tomatoes and just placing them inside the omelette!

Olives

In several parts of Greece it is customary to marry the omelette with olives and feta cheese. This particular dish has a strong Mediterranean feel, with the bitter taste of the olive coming into balance with the saltiness of the cheese. Additionally, you can also finely chop a spring onion.

Turmeric

Turmeric is a spice known for its anti-cancer activity. It has a strong taste and combines wonderfully with the omelette, while at the same time coloring it with a wonderful yellow color, making it even more attractive.

Feta cheese

The most famous cheese of Greece, feta, goes fantastically with any form of eggs. This grated sensation that melts in the mixture of yolk and white, creates a Greek nutritious proposal to start your day.

Oregano

Finally, there is no better way to complete our omelet than to garnish it with a little oregano. Its aroma and its color will give the final touch to our recipe.
