At INVESTA Real Estate we had the opportunity of being trained by the president of the real estate association of Athens, Mr. Lefteris Potamianos, in modern real estate valuation methods. Appraisal is the scientific branch of valuing the value of an asset at a given point in time, taking into account all the data and characteristics of the object, combined with all the economic factors of the market and the analysis and processing of the data.
The training was a great help and a valuable source of knowledge for our company's real estate agents.
