Job Position: Secretarial Support Manager

The responsibilities of the position are to:

· Organizes the office, schedules, regulates daily tasks and files (physically and electronically).
· Handles telephone calls and ensures efficient management of electronic mail.
· Manages CRM software.
· Collaborates and manages all partners effectively.
· Constantly looks for different and alternative procedures in order to create a more effective and efficient management system.
· Proposes and implements new ideas for attracting talented associates.
· Attends all meetings, trainings and other office events.
· Ensures the orderly operation of the office.

Necessary qualifications

· At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a secretarial support or human resources department.
· TEI or HEI degree in economics or business administration.
· Excellent use of PC, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Excellent use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube).
· Excellent knowledge of English.
· Strong communication skills.
· Dating & PR.
· Extroversion & sociability.
· Organization and time and workload management skills.
· Ability to take initiative and make decisions.
· Team Spirit.
· Ambition.
· Willingness to Develop.
